This paper can either be original research (such as observations of students using technology in your school or discussions with people involved in deciding technology-related issues) or it can be a review of research and/or other articles about an educational technology issue, new emerging technologies or pedagogical issues.

Examine the link between technology use and student achievement.
How does effective use of technology improve learning outcomes? Identify key factors?
Describe with particular references from your teaching area, how technology can assist students in achieving certain competencies.
Compare and contrast the impact on teaching and learning using asynchronous versus synchronous tools.
Evaluate the impact of access to resources and the student’s motivation to learn and use technology effectively. Use blogs or wikis as the tool.
The central tenet is based on the following factors in an Digital Learning Environment.
Is between 6 and 10 pages double-spaced (not including the cover page).
Follows the APA guidelines, including proper formatting of headings, the paper body, and references.
Uses correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
Discusses an issue related to instructional technology.
Shows a depth of understanding of the issue discussed.
If the paper is a review of other work, it critically analyzes material from a variety of viewpoints about the issue.
Include Works cited page
If the minimum grading criteria are met, you will receive a B for this assignment. The grade of A is reserved for outstanding work that goes beyond the minimum criteria.
